Frequently Asked Questions

Clean and in great condition — free from odors, stains, rips and pet hair, and ready to display. Items on hangers are appreciated. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any item.

We set the initial selling price based on brand, condition, age, demand and current market value. You are welcome to suggest a price, but the final pricing decision rests with the shop.

Payouts are issued once a month, or when your consignor balance reaches $25.00 — whichever comes first. We pay by check or store credit unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Items are consigned for 60 days. At the end of that period you have seven days to collect anything unsold. Pieces not picked up within that window become the property of the shop and may be donated, disposed of or otherwise handled at our discretion.
